I am actually a former employee and childcare provider of Creation Kids. It was my pleasure to work with such a wonderful staff and group of children that when I moved to Ames at the end of 2008, I knew a part of me would still be left there. The staff I worked with was a diverse and helpful group of people, each integrating a part of their life experiences in making sure the kids learned and grew to the best that they could. It is a great environment for coworkers and parents alike. If anyone were to ever consider putting their kid in childcare, Go with Creation Kids! Your child will have an easy time making friends and memories as well as learning what life has to offer. It was a great experience for me as an employee, and I am sure an even greater experience for a child and their parents.

Creation Kids Child Care provides a very safe, fun, and stimulating learning environment for preschoolers. They do an excellent job of getting kids ready for kindergarten while keeping them interested. They also do an excellent job of incorporating Christian beliefs and values into instruction. It is clear that the teachers really take pride in their work and they care about the kids. My daughter attended Creation Kids last year, and I can't believe how much she learned. I recently attended kindergarten round-up at Van Allen Elementary, and I was amazed at how similar the structure of learning at Creation Kids is to kindergarten. I highly recommend Creation Kids. It is a wonderful place for kids to learn.

Creation Kids Childcare Center has just recieved a Level 4 rating with the Iowa Quality Rating Scale. Creation Kids Childcare Center serves children ages 3-12. We currently have three preschool/daycare rooms and a Before and After School Program. We are excited to announce that we will be adding another three year old room starting Fall 2010. We transport children to Penn, Van Allen & North Bend, and will be adding Garner in fall of 2010. We are a Christian based program located at the First United Methodist Church, in North Liberty. We focus on Christain values with an emphasis on life long learning. We offer a variety of options for our preschool program from mornings to all day or one day a week to five days a week. Some other things we do are: free hearing and vision checks yearly, parent teacher conferences twice a year, monthly field trips or visitors, Christmas and Graduation programs and potlucks, parents' night out, and an annual family picnic. All staff are certified in CPR, First Aid, Universal Precautions, and are mandatory child abuse reporters. We have low child to staff ratios, small class sizes, and a low staff turnover rate.
